I’m just getting started on the diet in hopes of it improving my egg quality. If it works, I will come back and give more stars and an updated review. Right now I just know that there are errors and problems. For example, the week one shopping list calls for a head of cauliflower, but none of the week one recipes use cauliflower. Also one of the week one recipes calls for shrimp, but it is not on the week one shopping list. There are three apples in the menu for the week, but the grocery list only has you buy 1 apple. There are three onions on the shopping list, but only 1 needed in the menu. There are two bunches of parsley on the shipping list and no parsley on the week one menu. There is a bunch of fresh basil called for on the shopping list, but you only need a few leaves for one meal. I sprinkled some dried basil on there and called it good.One week’s worth of groceries cost me $300, and I don’t have all the right things and I can tell there will be some waste. Hopefully my husband can eat some of the extra stuff so we don’t waste so much. Instead of wasting so much expensive organic food, I wish she had just re-used that ingredient in the same week. This is going to be incredibly expensive. I hope it works.
